We recommend contacting us directly when wishing to order these items. We want to be sure that we understand exactly what effect is desired so we can be assured, and you can be assured, that our product is the right one for the job.

Samples are available in varying amounts depending on which product is desired. Unfortunately, we can not provide all sample requests for free, but we try to send samples as inexpensively as possible.

Payment Information

We accept personal and business checks, money orders, certified checks, direct fund transfer, and major credit cards. When paying by check, money order or transfer; goods will be shipped after funds have been received and verified. We use a service called PayPal for all online buying and credit card orders. PayPal is familiar to most folks and one does not need to be a member to use PayPal's services. Goods will be shipped within 5 business days following payment receipt.

If you wish to order and pay over the phone, we will be glad to accomodate you. You may also phone in your order and we can email an invoice to you if that is more convenient. If we can make your shopping experience easier or better for you in any way, we wish to do so.

Shipping Information

All products are shipped as soon as possible. However, in some cases, the goods ordered may not be in stock and readily available. When this is the case, please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery. Usually we can have your material delivered in a much shorter time, but we would rather be conservative with these estimates considering potetial shipping complications. In these instances, you will be notified by phone or email that the item desired is not in stock and you will have a choice of declining this item if you choose. Please contact us with any questions or comments regarding shipping issues.

Shipping is primarily handled through US Postal Services, UPS or FedEx. We ship anywhere in the USA and across the globe. The product prices shown do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Ordering Information

Many orders can be handled through our online store. However, sometimes they cannot. For commercial orders, bulk orders or special orders; we request that you order over the phone or by using an email message. We can then insure that we understand your needs and respond properly.
